The fee applies when an eligible single or sealed product created through Card Companion sells. It does not apply while that stock remains unsold.

Does the fee apply to our existing Shopify catalogue?

No. Products that were not created through Card Companion, including your existing catalogue, do not carry the percentage-based sales fee.

Are accessories and supplies included?

No. Accessories, supplies and other products not created through Card Companion do not carry the percentage-based sales fee.

Do we have to add Buylist or Companion Kiosk?

No. Buylist and Companion Kiosk are optional modules, charged in addition to your core subscription. Companion Kiosk also requires a separate hardware purchase. The core Card Companion platform is €59 EUR per month plus a percentage-based sales fee on eligible sales.

Does Card Companion replace Shopify?

No. Shopify remains your storefront, checkout, catalogue, POS and order system. Card Companion adds the card-specific operating layer around it.

Can we talk through the percentage fee before we start?

Yes. After your demo, we confirm the rate and work through the cost using your eligible sales, before you decide to start.

Which currency will we be billed in?

We confirm your billing currency and fixed monthly prices before you start. You can change the currency shown here; browsing in another currency does not change an existing subscription.
