What store owners ask about the price.

What counts towards the percentage-based sales fee?
The fee applies when an eligible single or sealed product created through Card Companion sells. It does not apply while that stock remains unsold.
Does the fee apply to our existing Shopify catalogue?
No. Products that were not created through Card Companion, including your existing catalogue, do not carry the percentage-based sales fee.
Are accessories and supplies included?
No. Accessories, supplies and other products not created through Card Companion do not carry the percentage-based sales fee.
Do we have to add Buylist or Companion Kiosk?
No. Buylist and Companion Kiosk are optional modules. The core Card Companion platform is £49 per month plus a percentage-based sales fee on eligible sales.
Does Card Companion replace Shopify?
No. Shopify remains your storefront, checkout, catalogue, POS and order system. Card Companion adds the card-specific operating layer around it.
