Shopify buylist for TCG stores
Customers search for their cards, compare estimated cash and store-credit offers, and send your team a ready-to-review submission.
01 Set the offer
Buying from customers gives you more control than sealed product. You choose the cards you want, what you can offer and the margin you need when they sell.
Set cash and store-credit rates for each game, offer a little extra in credit and flag higher-value cards for your team to review.
Example settings for one store
| Game | Cash | Store credit |
|---|---|---|
| Magic: The Gathering | 50% | 60% |
| Pokémon | 45% | 54% |
| Lorcana | 40% | 48% |
02 Customer submission
Customers use your Shopify store to find their cards, add quantities and compare estimated cash and store-credit offers.
Your team receives a clear, organised list, so there is less sorting at the counter and no spreadsheet to build from scratch.
03 Review and receive
Each submission keeps the card list, quantities, estimated values and the customer’s chosen payout in one clear record.
When the cards arrive, your team can check their condition, make any adjustments and add the accepted cards to Shopify inventory.
Good to know
We’ll follow a real submission from customer offer to staff review and sellable Shopify stock.
